insane lope=insane lift which will require insane springs with an insane max lift...lol. But you might wanna go with a not so strip cam because you'll have PTV(piston to valve) contact if you go too high of duration too. Pick a cam and compare the duration/lift to that which your engine can handle. Be careful!

What would be best for a somewhat stock engine? What cam lope would you go with? (The safe way)

The power adder section is for blower, nitrous, turbo talk.

For cams the biggest you can go on a stock short block is VT stage 2s or comp 270's work when degreed correctly.

262's are fairly mild and won't give much of a lump but the power increase is pretty good. Depending how much you drive on the street, gearing, and if you are going w/ a power adder, you may want to go w/ supercharger cams or maybe to the next level for the Comp Cams (XE270AH I think?) or just be happy w/ a 262.

Yes you can drive with blower cams.

Why does it say 5.4L fuel injectors in your sig? I just noticed that. And those are pretty good HP#'s for the minimal mods you have done.

VT stage 2 cams and whatever spring they like. Comps more aggressive grinds have been known to have PTV issues.

5.4L injectors are the same as 4.6L injectors. Typically they're 19lb (yellow top) or 21/22lb(pink top). I'd hope to god someone knows what they are... it's hard to tune right without that info.
