what is the BEST exhaust system for the GT?
what is the absolute best/loudest sounding exhaust system for the GT? in NY i dont tihnk you can have straight pipes or anything like that, and no illegal offroad X pipes, its gotta be legal. thanks id love to know cause hopefully il be able to talk my dad into letting me trade the v6 with 10k miles + some cash in for a GT with under 50k miles cause i loooooove at great rumble and mine just cant have it and i let my rents talk me into gettin the 6 instead of the 8 before and i just cant stand it :sleepy3:

I live in NY also and just installed Magnaflow cat back on my 03 GT. The exhaust is has a nice rumble to it but not load like you'll get with the SLPs. IMO if you want loud and **** the neibors off get SLP then when you do mids and headers it will get loader but if you want to stay mild i went with the Magnaflow

I just got my SLPS on Friday and installed them on Saturday. I am 110% satified with them http://www.mustangtuningforums.com/s...ead.php?t=2723 . I am going to see if I can do some drive by vids with them but started raining today.

whosever started this thread is an idiot. but if i understand this correctly, and he wants the loudest exhaust thats legal. i would say
mac long tube headers, x pipe with hi flow cats, and slp loudmouth, dumped would be louder, but im sure he wants tailpipes
