Really guy,I wouldn't do it to a stock short block. Make sure you start putting money back for the motor for when it goes.

The stock motor can take a good amout of nitrous for a good amount of time with a safe a/f ratio. 125shot here its been god like 2 or 3 years now. And so do tons of other modular guys spraying the **** out of there cars.

Your right, i don't know for sure what works, but I've read enough peoples first hand experience with nitrous. Most people who do it right are very safe and run nitrous bottle after bottle and everything is fine. Your just one of those people who think just because you run some nitrous that everyone is gonna blow their engines.

Do you have personal experience spraying a stock short block, or putting the stock pistons, rods, and crank to their limits?

Some of the guys I know around here have been able to do it for a while and are okay, till thay get hooked and start putting more and more in. Seems like the number one piston goes about half the time. Broken rods are common too. Stock rods and pistons are on borrowed time at anything over 400hp.
