what is all need in doing this?? the heads what else do you need a new computer??

holy crap that is alot of work.. i was thinking more if i did the 5.4swap getting a navi engine. or getting a whole cobra engine, like a 97 or 98. but thats still alot of work..

its not to bad if you get a complete 4v motor. The rest isnt very tuff after that. But yeah any time you do a motor swap to a different motor its gonna be alot of time and a decent amount of cash.

But me i say screw that for the little bit of extra power. I would rather forgde my bottom end and get a single turbo setup and or a F1 procharger and make 600-700rwhp and be happy.

i'm doing a forged 4v bottom end and a 300+ shot(what ever it takes to see 9's)

you sure you want 9's... that's going to take a pretty street unfriendly combo. I wouldn't drive that kind of car on the street. Oh... and you'll spend at least 10-12 grand on a motor that can withstand that kind of atomic-wedgie level abuse.

i want a 4v to hopfully break into the low 13's, but i would also like to thry to get my car in the 13's without having to do too much, but i know for that i would have to fordge the insides and s/c or t/c it.

I have it done and its costly better just to buy a Cobra with the 4v in there already unless you are going to do 100% of the work and have all the parts.
