Default Question about gear components

I will be getting the 3.90 gears soon (couldn't settle on 4.10's cuz i do quite a bit of highway driving) and I wasn't sure if I really needed the Bearing Kit, my GT only has 25k miles on it and it says it's recommended on cars pushing around 60k miles. I could use the 89 bucks toward the installation :toothy10:

Well, to me, its worth it because, since you are in the differential to begin with, you may as well go ahead and replace the bearings. 89 bucks now is better than 300 more later to pull everything back out in 40k miles. I put my gears in (well, had them installed) at about 65k, and he said that it looked pretty bad in there. Just do it now.

I agree I don't need them now...but if I can spend 90 bucks now and not have to spend 300 in 40k...I may just do it...
