Question 4.6l DOHC Management

I have a 99 mustang gt that i am swapping a built DOHC from a lincoln into. i will be installing a blower and probably nitrious along with this. the whole car is being built up to the same level.
who is using what engine management and what is recommended? i have looked into alot and heard alot but never talked to anyone using anything other than a programmer. The ones that i am mainly looking into are F.A.S.T., P.M.S., Sniper Tuning, HP Tuning (is supposed to release one for mustangs soon), and SCT. I need something that can either piggyback my current ecu and control the DOHC, or full stand alone (timing and fuel throughout the whole rpm range would be the main things). the more features (data logging would be nice)the better but i understand that comes with more of a cost. thank you in advance for any help.
