Thumbs up Thinking of changing engines in our 06 GT Vert.

I am wanting to install a 500 + HP Kenny Brown Supercharger in our 06 Mustang GT convertible. I was thinking of pulling the Factory 4.6 3V & putting it on a engine stand and buying a MMR 4.6 3V + stroked = 5.0 Stroker engine with all the forged goodies and installing the KB Supercharger on the new engine! I already have a new Tremec TKO 600 5-speed , from our old project. Would it bolt into the tranny tunnel, without any mods? We are running 3.55's in the rear at this time! Should we keep them or go to 3.77's?
Whats your take on our project as I'm new to the Modular Engine scene.and what else should we do to the car to make it one hot street convertible? We have already turned it into a GT/CS clone, except we like the Torch Red ,inside & out.
PS. We were building a 69 Shelby GT500 ProStreet Convertible but had to many setbacks to continue.I dont think my wife would go for me throwing a 1300 HP Shelby Alum. 427 FE stroker engine, with a BDS 8-71 Fuel-Injected blower setup,in our new car! LOL I could be living in the thing ,if I did!
No Kidding, I would like your advise on our new project!

seems like you've got a solid plan. the tko is about the same size as the 3650 so no worries getting it in. Other than that... have your rear end built up a bit... that's a LOT of power to stuff into it without a few upgrades.
