Help Me!!!
When I get up to around 80 MPH the engine stops and but the lights stay on and I lose my power steering. The battery light is also on with the service engine soon and I lose all oil pressure. I am very unsure about this.

It doesn't even stumble....You don't notice that the engine stopped all the way till you start to turn and realize it's hard as ****. Then the service engine soon turns on and the battery light does to.
Edit: Also the lights stay on.

If it's just dying on you, then the lights etc should stay on, and it woudln't be a battery/alt problem since you can still start it up and drive it.and if your Alt crapped out, then your car would run on the battery and soon die, but your lights wouldn't be on since the battery would then be dead. Happened to me once. i coasted into the autozone right when my car died.
Have you took it to a dealership yet?
Unless it's something to do with a faulty ignition or maybe the cam position sensor could be craping out. You say only at night, it could be something electrical when you turn your lights on. The only thing i can say is to take it to a dealership and explain it to them.

Could be a bad TPS. I had an SHO that did the same thing. I took it to Ford, they pulled the code and EVENTUALLY (it took months due to the SHO using the same # as the taurus for something else) we got er done. So, if I were you, I would pick myself up an Xcal 2, diagnose that bad boy, and fix it myself on the cheap! With the money you'll save by not going to Ford, it'll be like getting a free Xcal! For this genius bit of advice; the beers are on you!
