Most likely around the same amount as a full cold air intake?

yeah for the most part. intakes as far as CAI's dont really give much hp until ur blown or cams or something of that nature, but it will help just not as much. more air is better however u look at it.

the wicked bend in it will probably disturb your MAF readings slightly. Don't count on any real power gains until there's more need for air to feed the motor.

Exactly. Also, with all those bends itll take longer for the air to get into the engine. The stock stuff is fine.

My tunable induction works pretty good and the A/F was fine. but i have the full kit. You'll see the most gains on the top end but usually the rubber hose behind the mass air, with it's ripples, is the restrictor. If you have full exhaust, i would get it then, but CAI wouldn't be my first bolt on.

I hate the bend. Just because it threw my a/f off. I dunno if it would hurt yours or not, but I wouldnt take the chance. Just drop in a K&N filter and take the rubber snorkel off there.

I have the tunable inducation CAI on my car...No problems with the maf here...Ran it on the dyno several times and no problems...I think I got mine on ebay for $188 for the full cai shipped...

That is an old picture...

I have heard the JLT is better though...

If that is Demolet, from the looks, its a good brand. I would just say K&N tho. It is made to attract less heat and will make just as much hp as any other CAI, plus its easy to install and wont mess anything up.

The Key here is getting the air filter into the fenderwell area as the air temp will be much cooler than one stuck under the hood. Of course the fewer bends the better air flow. I've got a BBK cai on mine and if nothing else it looks nice.
