Default intake questions (plenum tb cai)

thinking about investing in a full intake...
the only mods i have so far is mac x pipe, and magnaflow cat back.

thinking about the accufab 70 mm tb and plenum combo, but not sure what cai to get. i've heard things like the intakes with 90 degree bends cause a loss of hp to things like cai don't give any hp at all.

with my mods and the tb plenum combo would it be worth some extra cash to get the cai as well? if so what brand? i was thinking something with a larger MAFS (if this will help me?)?

Thanks,

okay after doing some searching i've come across this buy...i think its a pretty good deal. let me know what you guys think.

it comes with the following:
MAC straight shot intake (80 or 85mm MAFS)
Accufab intake plenum
Accufab TB (70 or 75mm)

What do you think will be the gains from this?
for $580 i think its a pretty decent deal?

Thanks

K&N Fuel Injection Performance Kit (FIPK) hands down. Plastic tubing doesn't heat up like metal ones. No unnecassary bends. Dyno a lil over 10rwhp consistently.
