H-pipe O2 extension??????

Default H-pipe O2 extension??????

i am going to purchase a off-road h pipe without cats and i want to know if i i will need the O2 extensions or simulators in order to install it correctly? i have a 01 GT.

You only need extensions for mid length and long tube headers. For the o/r pipe you need MIL Eliminators, or get the rear 02's turned off via chip/ tuner. If you dont do this then your engine light will come on.

I'm running an off-road pipe,a nd I used Steeda MIL eliminators. I think my car might run a lil bit rich even before I modified anything, so it might jsut be my car, but the check engine light is on anyway. On a nice cool night it will turn off,a nd stay off until a hot humid day, then its back on. Currently the MIL light is on. If at all possible I would suggest the reprogramer method. That is what I'm currently saving for. The MIL eliminators might work just fine for ya, but I know the reprogrammer will work.

the 04 GT's also need O2 extenders.
