I am interested in installing SLP's LT Headers on My '03 Conv. GT.
I am afraid that SLP's X pipe will be too raspy and I'm looking for that deep muscle car sound. I will also be installing the LM II Catback at the same time. Does anyone know what H-pipe will match up with SLP's LT headers and also has anyone installed SLP Lt headers on a conv. I read somewhere that I might have to modify the K-member. Any kind of answers would be great !!

 

I have the SLP catted X and have no complaints on sound. Have older Borla Cat-back...doesnt sound raspy at all to me.

 

slp catted x-pipe is fine

 

to be honest.. with you also going with the SLP LM exhaust, it shouldn't be an issue going with the X-pipe, that exhaust system is just LOUD.. and not raspy
