Default SLP Catback and SLP X-pipe set up????

Does anyone have the SLP Loudmouth catback and X-pipe with cats set up??? If so did the X-pipe with Cats quiet the exhaust down a bit or make it louder??

Cats are almost always going to be quieter and a bit smoother sounding.......I've heard the SLP loudmouth with the x pipe catted and o/r and the o/r is just loud as hell.

Ok thanks for the info. I might e-mail SLP and ask if they had a db reading for that system together.....I think 104db is way too much for me, however the magnaflows I had on my 03 GT were a little to quiet. I'm trying to find something in between maybe.

Well if your a fan of SLP, then SLP has different kinds of mufflers like the SLP loudmouth 2 has a bit quieter exhaust and the SLP powerflows i've heard good things about. Theres several options to consider there is SLP's "special" noise rating for each one of their catbacks on their web site.

I have the LM1 with a catted X. I love it. You get used to the sound, it seems quiet to me now.

I have the SLP LM-1 and the catted X-pipe. Adding the X Pipe to the LM-1 makes the exhaust a lot louder, but not nearly as loud as going o/r.

I had the SLP LM1 catback, then put the O/R SLP X-Pipe on it. Then I just installed the SLP LT Header's and put the SLP Cats on her so I could get her inspected. Sounds nice now, cats quiet her alittle but I wouldn't worry about it, she still sounds nice.

Thanks guys. I e-mailed SLP to see if I could get the db difference between the LM 2 mufflers and the Powerflow mufflers.....I'm trying to find something a little louder than magnaflows. My magnaflows on my 03 GT were rated at 94db at 3,000rpm's I think and the magnapacks are rated at 105db at 3,000rpms, which is way to loud for me.....I pulled up next to a mach a while back with magnapacks and I couldn't hear myself think in my car next to him.
