The heads are identical and will bolt up. the windsor has 13 bolt style valve covers while the romeo has the 11 bolt valve covers. you would just have to get the right valve covers. That's the only difference.

 

ding ding ding. A winner. When you put the other valve covers on it will frequently chage the side that has the oil fill neck. Make sure you don't have any interference from such a change. I have 2 sets of valve covers for Windsor heads, if you need one, hit me up.
