Step one:remove shifter from list, get an MGW 179.99
Saleen rims, check here at MT.com for prices, Tires, see www.tirerack.com. Synchros fixed, call local tranny shop and find out. Cobra hood: 500-800 painted. H&R's, well, once again, check here at www.mustangtuning.com and the same for the SLP setup. Good luck, thats like 3 grand worth of stuff.

MGW: 179.00
H&R's : 250.00
Cobra Hood: $700 (thats I think what Lance paid)
Saleens Chrome : $700
SLP: $805
BFG: $736 BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 2

Added together I got about: $3370 W/out install at all. My spring and alignment install charge was 300 and mount and balance was about 70 i think...

i could think of a lot of better ways to spend that kinda money. #1 on my list if i had a 98 gt would be a pi swap and fix the tranny.

or you could look into a blower...

Great point. Forget the hood, get some heads or spray.
