how much do you guys think a rear end rebuild kit would be???im thinking like 125-150 or so

 

What are you looking to replace? The bearings? Your carrier unit? Are the axles fine?

Bearing kit is 100, and carrier rebuild gears are about 75

 

actually my buddy has done a number of gear intalls and told me if i buy the gears he will as long as i help put them in for me...he said buy the gears and the install kit...then buy a complete rear end rebuild kit (instead of the master bearing) he said it will come with all of the clutches and stuff?? my cars a 96 so i thought this sounded pretty logical thanx 4 ur infor tho

 

You should just need the bearing kit when doing your gears. they are 75 bucks shipped from here.
