Default ive made up my mind

ive decide to not do any other mods to my car until i get my s/c (ill be a couple hundered short after chrismas) im taking advice from a lot of people and getting it before anything else....i plan on getting the vortec t-trim mongoose from MPH....hell yea!!! wat ya'll think?

o and there will be a few exterior mods here and there (i.e. grille delete) nothing too expensive to keep me away from the s/c

I think it's a good idea to S/C first before anything, it's a good foundation and you can build off the supercharger. I would set your mind on a charger you like and feel comfortable with. Then I would never get back on another forum or talk to another mustang owner ever again until you get the superchager, this way you won't be persuaded into another one. And then try and figure which one to get, etc!! hahaha

yea..but ive made up my mind..theres no persuading me...only if it another supercharger was offered to me for free..then i may consider....but if not vortech is the way im going....i like them....and most of all carol shelby supposedly like them..so i think ill go w/ wat the top dog says....and its fairly cheap for a vortech mongoose (3770) w/ everything in it....then plus 250 for the t-trim...yea...im set...just wont let my mom kno..haha....gotta keep my car @ my uncles house during the install

how old (or should I say young) are you?

you owe your mom money for the car... pay that back before paying for your toys.

sounds like you still live at home/are a dependant... if thats the case respect what your mom says while you live there. you've got plenty of time left in your life to move out, support yourself, and blow all your money on your car.

17 = no checking acct. for him guys.

don't call buying a supercharger "investing." unless you're restoring a 66 GT350, putting money into a car isnt investing.

with that said you're 17, you still live at home, and as such you should do what your mother says.

Get the SC when you move out and pay for your own food, housing, etc. If mom is being completely unreasonable in your mind, support yourself. I'm sure she would love to have some "extra money" by not having to support you.

Trust me, I've been playing this "game" for years. Listen to your parents.
