Question Should I trade

I have a chance to get a 04 Mach 1 by trading in my 04 GT they both have 19000 miles the Mach 1 is selling for 23,000 I am leaning towards the Mach 1 great looking car and possible collectors item in the future

I agree with Slappy, but I am should you are gonna take a beating one way or the other. Unless, the sell of the Mach gets despriate and/or you can get a good price selling your outright.

If it doesn't hurt your pocket book too much go for it! I traded in my 03 GT Vert in October for my 04 Mach....I got them to pay my GT off and my new payment is the same as before......my insurance did go up $150 a year though and I'm 28 with a perfect driving record

You will love the Mach, every morning when I fire it up I just smile!

Oh and...... Before long someone will respond to this thread....."just get an 03/04 cobra".....it never fails, anytime someone talks about getting a Mach 1 it seems someone says that. Don't give in dude, go with the Mach 1.

in the long run...the resale value of the machs will be more than cobras...since mach were only re-released for 2 years...cobras have been around for ever

I said i wouldent think twice about getting a mach..Mach will have a good resale but i think 03-04 cobras still will be more..They were made by svt and for only 2 years also and obviously the build block, supercharger, better tranny etc.

First of all, dont buy a car as an investment, at least, not at this point in your life. If you are going to be insanely upside down in your gt, dont do it, get to where you can handle the added payment first.

The only downside I can see to getting a Mach 1 is if you visually mod it too much, people will accuse you of ruining a limited edition model. Just like the guy on here with the "centiniel" mustang and put lambo doors on it. It's the EXACT same thing as a regular mustang GT but just bc he put the diff doors, people whine that his car is ruined just bc he "should" keep it nearly stock being the "special edition"

DannyB785....your sig makes me dizzy! ha ha ha....If you go through with the deal you probably can make some of your money back off your GT parts....that's what I did and was able to get some mods for the Mach

Let us know how it turns out and just so you know DSG Mach's are much faster than the other color Mach's.

why would you want to visually mod a mach 1 anyway? They are great looking cars!

Two things I don't like about the Mach's....not crazy about the rims and not available as a vert. If they were, i would have one.

Nice dude! Now get that thing registered at www.Mach1registry.com

The Mach's are taking over

If I remember right you had a pretty extensive list of mods you had on your other car......please tell me you took most of them off before getting rid of it???? If so dude, you'll be able to make some money and pay for new mods....that's what I did
