bassani, is a VERY nice sound. SLP will be LOUD, not exactly nice, so I'd say go with magnaflow. or borla....if you got borla...that sound is enough to make a grown man pee his pants.

SLP magnapacks are quiet as hell, I would reccomend SLP Moudmouth, or Borla

If I could do it all over again, dont get me wrong I LOVE !!! my SLP, but I heard borla in person, and I cried..

no its off a GT. But my year cobra has 2.5" pipes not the 3" of the later model cobras. And the 99-04 gt's have 2.5" pipes right?

It's not a problem with the piping size its the way they have to go in because of the IRS. So If it came off a GT it wont work because GT's dont have IRS.

BTW: What year is your Cobra if by chance I made a mistake?

^ beat me to it. simply put, they wont fit bc the pipes bend upward for GT. since the axle would get in the way of goign straight thru

You all are Tards.Magnapacks are awesome.Magnapacks "Quiet" give me a break. If you want loud go SLP if you want it too sound good and loud go Magnapacks,Borla or Bassani.Steeda is the same as Borla too.Magnaflow has some of the best quality around.

As you can see it's all about preference here if you really want a good idea of what you want your car to sound like go to mustangexhaust.com there are a bunch of good clips SLP, MAC, Bassani, Magnaflow, Borla. Just choose one you like the sound of. Don't forget to take into consideration of the mid-pipe if you consider going down that path someday.

The only problem with the sound clips on there is they have'nt been updated in a long time and some of the quality is very poor.Try this http://mrt-direct.com/exhaustzone.php you can mix and match a little and alot better quality.

i like my SLP they are loud though but you get use to it. but i dont really care to much about how it sounds, its more about total horse power and the full SLP system got good HP increase. so that is why i went with them.
