Default Hard work does pay off.

For the past month and a half I have been going through several interviews to become a manager of sorts at my current job. Monday I finally had my last two interviews, and I am happy to report that I got the promotion. Its good to finally have a pay increase.

My new position should take in to affect late August. Although they have assigned me to a different store but that can be dealt with.

Just thought Id share

I have always believed, the more you do... the less your paid for it and those that do less, sit back and cherish the rewards and benefits of the worker bees as they get the bonus' and so on...

... but at the end of the day I'm the one that has to look in the mirror and think did I put in my 150% today and get everything I wanted accomplished or at least close to it and feel good about it!
