Default I drove a Polaris Ranger RZR today..

Holy ******* ****, easily the most fun I have EVER had behind the wheel of something. Talk about the most badass atv/gokarts around.

Gets up to 60mph and has some really nice suspension, and can transition from 2wd to 4wd instantly. Could probably take my car in a 0-20mph race. lol. We only had it out for a few minutes before my friend's neighbor (old ******) came and bitched at us for the noise. We're going to take it out again earlier in the day or when that ******* isn't home.

If I had $12,000 I did not want to have, and a lot of land, I would buy one of these.

pretty sweet. I take care of 3 John Deere Gator XUV 4X4's with diesel 850's. They arent as fast as that polaris but when it rains out here in Iraq I have some fun in the mud holes. If I lived some where with a bunch of land I would get one in the 1000cc range!

Haha, that was just a random photo of the same model. The one I drove has a roof, brush guard with off-road lights, and a windshield. We were going to do a video but couldn't becuase of the neighbor..we will do it soon though!

Here's a shitty photo of me beasting it into a turn, it's sort of top heavy so making fast sharp turns is a scary, I just wait till I'm in the leaves and try to drift.

But would you drop the coin on that when for the same amount of money you could have a full 03-04 Cobra drivetrain and probably over 500hp in the stang?

Oh and did you ever get the paint fixed after the accident?

Guys, you are misreading me. I'm not saying I would buy it, I said if I was rich and had a lot of land I would buy one.

If I had the land and was to spend 15k on a off road vehicle, I'd be getting this bad boy.

My dad has a Yamaha Rhino and that thing is pretty sweet. He has the backseat option and thing moves pretty well.

I think a 450CC dirt bike would be just as fun as any of those UTVs...for a third the price.

They are fun but no way I would drop the loot for one. Even if I had the funds. An ATV will do just fine. If I want passengers I would just get a sand rail.

RZR's are super nice and are very good at offroading. Many of the other UTV's arent as quick as them either. I think theyre the best you can buy. I prefer my banshee over anything.

I think it looks pretty cool, but 15k is a lot.

One of my buds just bought a 4 seat Ranger 800 and a RZR 900.

They are beasts. Run over curbs at 20+mph like nothing's there, they can climb crazy hills/mud/terrain no problem. Just as much if not more fun than any 4-wheeler I've ever been around. The 800 runs over 40mph IN 4wd.. lol

Yeah, I can't see why anyone would take an ATV over a Polaris, they are much more versatile..plus you can make them street legal pretty easily.

Maybe I need to take a Polaris for a ride to give myself another opinion. I'm not impressed enough from these gators to drop 12k on one. Speaking of the gator, I broke one of my gators already. Cost 1500 bucks for parts and shipping for my oops. Going to take me a couple days to repair it. At least I have something to work on though.

Several free states. You need stuff like a windshield, horn, turn signals, DOT tires, lit up license plate frames Some states require an E-brake. They already have brake lights and seat belts/lighted speedos and headlights.

If you can't make it legal, you can still drive on the shoulder. They can't do notang.

Ohio's motor vehicle laws are ludicrous.

What kind of mileage does that thing get? You think I could drive it from Pace to Gulf Breeze everyday?
