Who's getting it?

I just got it off of steam for 40 bucks. The original was great even after it was old. I loved driving the z06 corvette because it was such a great replica. I'll let everyone know how it is after it downloads. The file size is 14gigs.

 

I have the first one, but won't be getting the new one. Marvel vs. Capcom 3 comes out next week and I'll be getting that.

 

I just played for 2 hours. I don't like the handling characteristics and I'm playing without any assists. ALSO I'm pissed that I cant use the clutch like I could the old one. I miss dropping the clutch in 2nd on my old z06 and going sideways up the road. Besides the point the games much more immersive and lively than the old one and its fun to play with people. I've been playing on PC so I don't know if the console experiences are as good.

 

This is off topic, but I'll be getting Killzone 3 when it comes out. The last test drive game I played was test drive 5, some old *** one from like 97. lol

 

Its okay, IMO, glad im borrowing it and didnt actually buy it. Im too used to sims like Forza and Gran Turismo and this game is really arcade-y, all though, it is really fun to just go drive with no objective and find new places, players, and more cars. The biggest problem for me is the HORRIBLE voice acting, its just too ridiculous how bad it is. The goofy characters and scenarios make it worse. I hate the really creepy stalker events where in the cut scene a random, weird *** guy walks up to you is like 'I think my girlfriend is cheating on me, follow her' and thats it, you do the event and never see/hear him/her again. It's SO corny and incredibly odd/awkward to me . Maybe im just picky.

 

I was considering picking it up on steam, but I doubt I will now. Thanks for the heads up!
