Default Just came back from the test drive.

I test drove a 1999 Mustang V6 /w 5spd manual. Boy, was it hard to drive!!! The first impression it gave me is you have to be tall to handle this car well. I'm 5ft 4", the driving position is just not that comfortable, maybe I'm just not used to it.

There was no used 2000/2001 Jetta in town, so I'm gonna drive back to Seattle to test drive the Jetta, and do some more test drive on the Mustangs, and make a decision tomorrow.

I have a question, do you have to be tall to handle this car???

Well anyway, wish me luck.

It may take getting used to. I got in mine right away and drove it but im 6'3", Ive probably driven 5000+ vehicles so I may be a tad more adaptive to driving positions than you.

My girlfriend is 5'3" and the few times she has driven my car she didn't have any problems once she moved the seat up. Granted she probably moved it up all the way.

I,m 5'6" and I dont have any problems. Dont wast your money on a v6 (its a girls mustang anyway) get a V8 its the only way to go.

The guy is looking at a Jetta vs a V-6 Mustang. I am sure he has his own reasons for not considering a GT.
