they prob get people all the time coming in there trying that stuff.

I had a friend when the 03 Cobras came out go take one for a test drive and i think the sales lady left her nails embedded in the dash and then quit later that week.

He did end up buying the car though, he was a BIG time cobra enthusiast since he was trading in his 98 Cobra for it and it was immaculate to begin with.

Hahaha! Man, you should've done it again and been like "sorry, man. I didn't hear you the first time because I was too busy listening to the car".

LOL, **** that salesman. You should have done a 2nd gear burnout, I'll bet that woulda left 60 ft black marks..

I test drove my 04 GT in the pouring rain, I told salesman" don't worry" I've driving manual hot rods all my life.. and broke the tires loose in the rain a few times. He was nervous as hell.. But he got the sell too.

4V FTW!!!

Whenever we went to buy the 04 Cobra, we were trading in an 01 that was immaculate. Getting onto the interstate my dad laid into it and pretty much semi-drifted all the way up. The salesman said, "You'll be paying for new tires if you keep this up, then we bought the car."

Some salesman just need to learn how to chill. If the people wreck it they can sue them out the *** so why does it matter?

Thats why I'm glad my dealership has a Ford GT...and I'm best friends with the dealership owner's son.

Ya it was fun. I should have kept going. The salesman was truly weird tho. First we pull up and the no salesmen came up to us. WTF they usually flock all over your *** at first sight. I had to go looking and ask a porter to find me a salesman. This being said this is at a auto mall which has about 15 salesmen on any given day. So once he came up he was like uninterested as hell until I mentioned I have 5k cash deposit and my car trade in. This dude was a complete flat-liner. Had no life in him at all until I got on the car lol

Ya I loved it. It was quick but idk why just didn't seem termi style quick. I would love to have one but for a bottom of the barrel stripped gt being 30k no thanks. If I win the lotto it will be in my garage then lol I'm probably going to get me a fox to tinker with here pretty soon to fill my needs.

Yeah, I looked at a few GT's last week. and the base price was still 30 K. Geez I want some leather to sit on but for 30 grand that GT should be a premium package with all the goodies. Give it about 3 or 4 years. Ford will make too many to sell. In 2014, you can probably grab a GT premium for 25 K.. after haggling..

Thats because they aren't Termi fast....lol. Just a heads up. There is a problem with everything being drive by wire, computer controlled, etc.

After a tune then they can run a lot more healthy, but Ford tried to keep them tame off the floor.

I paid 22k for my GT, with leather, and after the A-Plan.

A 2011 GT with leather, after A-plan is still like 29k......thats ******* ridiculous. Don't get me wrong, its a lot more of a car. But thats insane.

There are a lot of salesmen out there like that. If your younger, they don't want to talk to you. That is until you call them out on thier **** and let them know your serious. I went truck shopping with my buddy last summer. Were both 22 years old but he makes 60K a year so he was looking for a pretty decent truck. We went from lot to lot and everyone wanted to show us the **** trucks and ask about credit and down payments. My buddy is a salesman (houses and realtry and ****), and knows all the tricks, so he'd call them out on anything and make them feel like **** for treating us like we don't belong on the lot.

If it were me, after the salesman said what he did, I'd looked at him and said "Well, I guess we can take this back to the ******* lot becuase I'd never buy a car I couldn't drive like I wanted, *******." Or something.

quite right sir. As I look back at the 04 termis I saw for 34K, that was the best bang for the buck.

Just give the 2011 some time and the prices will drop. My 04 GT was stickered at 29K when I bought it. I haggled it down to 23K with the X plan and other incentives I had available. Plus got the extended warranty ( which I never needed).

I sure am seeing a lot more 011 GT's riding aroung town though lately. Sales are good I guess. I would much rather have an 04 Cobra though.. Wish I would have got one when I had the chance.. It would be paid for by now..
