I would of ridden it very gently for a bit then went to the local speed shop and mixed some 105 octane or 100 octane in to bump the octane level. You will detonate like a son of a bitch with 87 in a high compression motor with timing in it. Not a good thing to have going on.

well thanks spike but yea i finished the rest of the 87 and wasnt big deal. i fulled up with 93 three more times already. light still comes on every once in a while cause of the exhaust valve that gets stuck but no big deal..

yea it would be nice to have a bike section from people that own mustangs and bikes to keep it between the family.. but i guess ill just have to conform with a bike forum
