Got a new phone.

Got a new phone.
Just got the new Palm Pre Plus for Verizon a few days ago. I must say that this is the best phone I've ever had. Palms new webOS is fantastic. Phone has a capacitive touchscreen (just like the iPhone, Droid, etc.), multitouch, 16gb built in memory, 512mb ram, 3mp camera which is actually pretty damn good. Palm has an app store thats not up to par with Android or iPhone yet, but there are plenty of good apps and games that look great. Screen is same resolution as the iphone, but actually is better looking. Supports 3D games, and middle of Nov. the phone will be updated with flash 10.1. The bread and butter of this phone though is the multitasking. Whenever you have multiple app running, you can bring up a card view which shows all your apps and you can flick through to bring up the one you. This website did a test and had 50 apps running at once without any real slowdown. My other favorite feature is the messaging. You can add your IM accounts (google talk included) and if will string all your messages together. So if I was talking with a friend on google talk and then texted him, it keeps it in the same conversation window.
Anyways, sorry for the long rant there, but if you have Verizon and looking for a new phone, I would highly recommend this one. The Verizon store people will most likely try and get you to buy a Droid, but do your homework and really find the phone for you.
And done. http://www.palm.com/us/products/phon...lus/index.html

I'm not a huge phone/technology person. In fact, I am pretty retarded when it comes to this ****.
My dad and I ditched Verizon last weekend. We went to MetroPCS. The phone I got is a Huawei M750. http://www.phonearena.com/htmls/Huaw...ne-p_3762.html Basic touchscreen phone, not a smartphone, though. I love it. It is definitely a step up from what I had before. I wouldn't know what to do with a phone like yours. I'd have no clue how to use it or where to even start!

haha. I love technology. I probably go through a new phone every year just to have something new. My big sell on the phone though was multitasking. Since I ride public transportation to work everyday, I gotta have the music going and I like to browse the internet at the same time. So being able to do multiple things at once without the phone getting all laggy is quite nice.
