1 more hp than the camaro and 7 more ft lbs
6 speed manuel
Duel exhaust


now all the tuners can take a crack at it and see how much ford left on the table

And isn't the '11 V8 supposed to have 400+hp? A good year is coming, me thinks. I heard a rumor of a possible return of the 429 as well..how sweet would that be?

Im kinda confused, how come they went down to a 3.7 from a 4.0? Why wouldnt they just tune a 4.0 to that and call it good? And DAMMIT this makes me want a 2011 more now.

Damnit, my car is going to seem even slower now. Its going to feel like I am driving some POS Honda 4 Banger Like Jacks, but with crappy gas mileage.

I need 110 more HP and a 6 speed.

It's a completely different motor it would be impossible to get anywhere near the power or mpg out of the old 4.0

Ford finally got the Mustang spot on. Finally the dual exhaust and 6 speed and most importantly good MPG. Wonder how the v6's will sound...

4.0 SOHC < 3.7 DOHC

I just went from 6 to midnight in 3.2 seconds.
I may just sell my car when the new v6 comes out, rob a bank, and sell my sperm so Ill have enough to buy it. Im so glad to upgrade the exhaust too. Now Im curious though as to how well the new motor will respond to mods.

With how close in the numbers it is to the camaro my guess is Ford left some hp on the table for the tuners if you are willing so sacrafice some of that mpg I bet a tune will net get it up to 315 no problem seeing as Fords factory tunes are always a bit conservative.

i know the new camaro v6's sound realllyy weird, its not even right. i seen one kick down beside me and sounded like a supra r something. reminds me of tokyo drift where they take a muscle car and put a 4cyl in it. dunno where it got the torque to make it drift like that but its a moive.

It was a straight 6 not a 4.

This sounds like a pretty sweet v6 car to me. **** it makes close to the same power at the wheels I do lol.

They put the skyline motor in a mustang. Twin turbo 6. And supra's sound great with exhaust. Only 6 cyl car I really like the sound of.

I want to hear this new Duratech Aluminum V6 with the new exhaust package they put on it. I know those '10 GTs sounded pretty good stock.

i dont know if i can sit out long enough for an 2011 GT. I will have to have a car this summer. I want to get 2010 Mustang GT, Grabber blue with the Panoramic roof

If you wait and get a 2010 GT the price will be alot less because of the new model and engine the GT will have. Unfortunatlly you won't be able to smoke camaros like the 2011 GTs will

I cant wait. Both the GT and v6 are gonna be sick. Makes me wanna trade up when they come out.
