like...O.M.G.... you got a new phone!!!
to remove apps, you need the desktop manager software. after you have that installed on your pc... plug the phone in and click around, you can remove most of the
BS on that phone.

Depends on your uses for the phone. The iphone can't really do anything differentely than most other phones on the market. They just had a good marketing campaign.

I've had numerous Crapberries. I hated all of them. What most people don't realize, unless things have changed which i doubt, is that crapberries don't use your carrier's network for data, only voice. They use the RIM network. Which is junk and slow as hell. Just my .02 I've had nothing but wonderful success with Samsung phones.

I love my BlackBerry. And it's not slow at all for data.
I don't see why people get all bent out of shape about the BB vs. iPhone debate. They are two totally different products. The way I see it, the BB is better if you want a smartphone with real world and business applications, while the iPhone is better for if you want a fun trendy tech toy that happens to also be a phone.

Did your last have the scroll wheel on the side? If so, that's your problem. The new ones are way improved and have more functionality. Of course I'm happy with my Samsung Omnia with Windows Mobile. Does everything I need and then some.

That's what my wife had and liked it until she dropped it too many times and was up for an upgrade anyways. Got the tour and it's pretty cool. Little better screen than the curve, but both still good.

the blackberry outsells the iphone for a reason.
never had any issues with my BB 8310. works like a champ. fast, reliable.
Ziggy, i can remove apps without the desktop managerm,
Options > Advanced Options> Applications , you can delete apps there without the desktop.
i wish i knew how to find the saved sms files through the computer though. so far no luck. same with the memos.

if yer an App junkie then yeah, nothing beats the IPhone.
the BB has apps for all the important stuff, but virtually nothing in the way of the usless but super amusing apps that iphone has in abundance.

I think the ability to download podcasts & music directly from the iphone is probably one of my favorite features. I have WiFi just about everywhere I go including work so it just takes a minute or so do download stuff directly to the phone without using the computer. Do the new BB's have WiFi?

Ok I must admit, I'm another Samsung guy. The 2 phones I had before this one was Samsung. Not too long ago I was on these boards asking you guys about phones. Well I DID make up my mind. I ended up getting the Moment. I have had this phone for 2 weeks now and a love it! I am typing this out on the Moment in fact. As far as wich one is better. . . . I can't really say cause this is my first smart phone. The only things I was looking for was the touch screen and a physical keyboard. I got it all with this phone I don't regret it

If you think the S30 is a nice one you will not even believe the Moment. A budy of mine at work has the S30 and he wanted to check out my Moment, within 5 mins he was in aww of this thing. He is now looking for a way to get an upgrade even though he isn't due. Lol. Your gonna love the Moment. Trust me on this one. . . . IT ROCKS!

Hopefully the rumor about iPhone coming to Verizon in June 2010 is true. I'll be all over that. Apple's glass touch screens are the most responsive touch screens I've ever used. WAY better than my LG Voyager's. And they are so fast, too. I worked over the summer with a few guys who had iPhones, and a guy with a BB Storm. The Storm was much slower and clunky, not even close in responsiveness. I haven't seen or heard anything about the Storm 2 yet. What are they like?
