So today I got pulled over. Why you ask? Ok...I'll tell you.

On my way to help some friends in need, their Caliber broke down, go figure.

This idiot Montana driver (all of them pretty much) pulls out in front of me and slows down. I'm doing 35 (the limit). On a three way road. So I do the only thing I can do. Swerve to get around him or hit hos *** end (no homo)

So I swerve and keep going about 40 mph now. Turn right on the street they were on. I get there get them in my car to take them to the gas station. As I'm pulling out of the parking lot they were in 5 cops pull up and block me in. The tard who pulled out in front of me called the cops and told them I was driving erratically. So he followed me all they way to the street then left.

The cop told me that the guy who called in said he would like to give me a second chance and that he was my age once and did stupid stuff too. So I got a warning. LOL! I would love to see that dumbass in court. How the hell are you gonna write a ticket because someone told you I was doing something bad? My laugh for the day.

 

i would have flashed my lights. then go around him.

 

Good story, that made my night because I had something almost the same. Mine was actually pretty much and I put the cops in check. I wont bore you unless you want to hear it.

If you would have gotten a ticket that would have been one nice law suit. Unless the laws there are different.

 

Wow, isn't that right when you wanna smack somebody. I would contact the issuing officer's supervisor and file a complaint. I would be pretty ticked about something that stupid and go out of my way to let them know it. So stupid. You might say "But it was only a warning, take it and get on with it." But this officer needs to know that he can't give tickets going on someone's word. I can understand a verbal warning though. But if he actually issued a warning, here, they can pull that up when you get pulled over and use your history to decide if they want to write you a ticket this time or not.

 

yeah thats stupid, thats like saying hey you know I saw so and so speeding and then they find so and so later on and give him a warning for aggressive driving!

 

It wouldnt have made it far in court. Anybody else had something like this happen?

Well, sometimes i like to accelerate hard in my car. Even tho its a v6 they all have a pretty mean first gear, and can hit 40 in no time. well i came out of a light and floored it, and when it hit 3k the IMRC's opened up and my CAI started whistling and sucking for air, shortly after i was 15 over speedlimit and a cop was settling a domestic dispute on the side of the road, he jumps out in front of me and i swereved away and went to walmart and parked there. The next day i get pulled over, he comes up and says u know why i pulled u over? i said i guess its a routine stop, he said no, u almost ran my buddy over. I was like when was this? he said yesterday. i said oh well, guess you cant do nothing about that, he got mad, walked to his car n left.

I think that's a little different. They probably could do something about that since it was an officer that saw you commit the offense. I don't think just becuase he couldn't get you right then that he couldn't get you later. I know the police in my area won't pull over motorcycles. They just get the plates and then the next day or something they go to the house that the bike is registered at.

 

Or if you run a red light. They will look at the camera and send you your ticket in the mail. Thats a blow to the nuts.

 

If they didn't see you they can't do ****. Been there done that before. Had a neighbor in the keys that didn't like me and would call me in for fun because we didn't get along. Thats what happens when your 16-18 and live where everyone is 55+.

dont worry i get pulled over all the time here with cops saying my exhaust is too loud, yet there is no ordinance in my city or surrounding areas against it...HAH
