Haha. That glock looks like a water gun.

Im digging the .45, though. Other than the fact that its a .45, it just looks ******* intimidating.

Yep. Easy as pie. I'm legal with revolvers and semi's.

I have a few for my Springfield that hold 10.

the STI is a very nice piece. I don't like my 27. Never shoot it. Hell I never shoot most of my glocks. I will be soon though. Going back to Front Sight for some training. I may take up GSSF shooting.

Anybody got any input on the Glock 36? I'm thinkin about picking one up for concealed carry use. I've got a Kimber Custom Classic and its kinda hard to conceal.

Really small feeling gun in the hands, violent recoil, still bulges like any other glock but a lot easier to conceal than a 1911. .45ACP is nice but limiting to 6+1 rounds is not what polymer frames were intended for.

I usually reserve my slabsides for winter and occasions where I'm wearing plenty of heavy covering garments. For all other times, I tend toward smaller things. Ruger's SP101 or a S&W M60 with 2.125" barrel are great options. You can pack full house .357mag (granted only 5 rounds) in a package that's really easy to conceal and instinctive to shoot.

More than anything, the holster makes the biggest difference. If it's designed well for concealment then a 1911 is still an option. Such holsters tend to cost more but they're worth it if you carry every day all day.

8 hrs class time, range qualification with revolver and semi-auto. Send in paperwork, done.

does noone think of revolvers anymore? I often pack a S&W M60 2" in .357mag. Sure it's only 5 rounds but it's .357mag. Ruger's SP101 is another great carry gun.

Meh... I think my favorite carry gun of all time was my Grendel P12. 12 rounds of .380 in something the size of a pocket .32. Polymer frame and mags... crappy trigger though. Couldn't deal with it and finally sold that damned thing. In combat it would have been a fine choice. Especially since it was really light and small and held a lot of bullets.
