A single layer Blu-ray hold up to 25GB of data. A dual layer holds 50GB. On average, PS3 exclusives take up about 25GB of data. Yes, 360 can upgrade it's HDD, but Sony supports and encourages people to upgrade their HDD for their PS3. All you have to do is pop it out and put the new one in. No modding required. Replacing your HDD in your Xbox that isn't a Xbox 360 HDD will void your warranty, and Microsoft does NOT support this.
About installing another OS. This is a FEATURE of PS3. Does the 360 have an option in it's menu saying, "Install a different OS"? I honestly do not know the answer, this is a legitimate question. If you do choose to install Linux, or any other OS, you can choose to boot the XMB or the other OS from start up. Again, a supported by Sony feature for PS3.
I am also not "anti-360" like you say I am. I have not said ONE negative opinion about Xbox 360 just to bash the console. I understand that people enjoy 360, and I respect that. You like 360? That's great! I am NOT against that. Everyone has a different taste. I don't try to convince people that "OMG 360 iS t3H SUxZ0rZ!!!1", unlike you two, who have been saying nothing but negative remarks about the PS3 only to try to show everyone why YOU think it sucks. Because Sony has always thought they were the fastest race horse on the track. The thought the playstation was suppose to be the future of gaming, but yet Nintendo made the parts for the console. Like 00blkstang said Sony allows tries to overimpress, but never delivers. Fact. You can look at last quarters sales from Sony. They came 30% short of what they made this time last year.
Who took that 30%? Samsung, Microsoft, and Nintendo.
Because unlike Sony, they don't lie to there customers just to get the cash from them.
I never said I hated the PS3, you just tried the whole bad cop, good cop to make me seem like the bad one. I am a realist, you however listen to the media and believe everything they tell you to. Like 1080p is the highest HD resolution you can get, or blu-rays are actually better quality.
Your little comment about blu-rays and downloading movies in BR is a complete lie. I watch my downloads on a 50" Pioneer Plasma from about 7 feet away and can't tell you a single difference between the REAL blu-ray or the SecretMyth blu-ray rip. I work in home theater, and I sell it everyday.
If your fact is true than explain this to me. How come Panasonic wants to destroy blu-rays, and instead use SD cards with high data transfer rates to hold the 1080p quality movies? Funny thing is, the SD card the Panasonic booth had at the media conference in KC was only an 8gb card, but yet was playing Iron Man with all the BDLive features and look phenomenal on their 50" G10 Plasma.
Hmmmmm......I guess Panasonic just lied huh? Because there is no way 8gb could give the quality of Sony's 50gb!! Don't make me laugh.

MCC ice cream removes the gum from the equation and it's delicious. Far more delicious than cookies n cream they might as well call it.
