KBB is usually what the standard is other than NADA. If KBB says its a good deal then I would think it is. Have you looked at the car in person yet? Pictures can hide alot...

i haven't looked at in person, its back home. do you think i could get it down to 13 from 14.9?

 

All depends on how long its been sitting and how desparate they are to make a sale. Is the value you looked up for the Suggested Retail?

theres an 01 on craiglist around here.. has 45k miles. they want 14k. so id say i could jew em to 12.5. depends on who has it. if its a person, they generally sell it to make ends meet etc. But i'd get em to come down alot on it.

I would say it's a not a too bad of a deal. It has low miles for a 01 and it's the perfect color. I'm sure you could talk em down a bit as long as everything else was sound.

get em to bring down the price. 14,900 is too much. KBB has it for 13,300 in excellent condition.

 

Yeah, it's a dealer so I was going to try to get it down to around 13-13.5, but you know how dealers are, and it just arrived there so I don't know if they will be willing to sell it for that price.

Really? KBB has it at 13.1. But thats excellent condition. I will have to look at the car, and when i do i will post more pics of it

 

If you can talk him down to 13k, do it.
