I was trying to put a new avatar in my profile. I clicked on do not show avatar to remove the old one but now I can't figure out how to upload my new one. Sorry this is a retarded question. What am I doing wrong?

 

Click on where it says use custom avatar and then click browse!

 

I don't have that option anymore. The only bubble on there is the one that says Don't show avatar and it won't let me uncheck it. The use custom avatar option doesn't exist anymore

 

Go to edit options and in the heading visible post elements, click the box that says show avatars...that should take care of it for you man!

 

That is just an option to see other people avatars on the screen. This is my only option screen when I go to My Avatar

 

NO click on User CP and then click on edit options and then go to visible post elements and they click on the show avatar box! Don't got to edit avatar!

 

Yeah I did that and it was already checked. Still is. I was just showing the box where I have to set up my avatar.

 

Ok, well I don't know how to fix it then buddy! PM MT's#1Customer! and he'll take care of it for you! Explain your problem and he can fiix it as he is the admin!

Ok the problem is the "Reset Fields" button in the edit avatar section does not work. You click on it and it does nothing allowing me to have the option to have a new avatar. I don't guess I am gonna get any help on this one anymore since I haven't got a reply to my PM since Friday. I know I am not retarded. I work on computers all day, build web pages, and have a Graphic Design degree. It is something on the site preventing me from doing this. HELP!

 

Was your avatar hosted here or somewhere else? They switched servers a couple days ago and may have been lost in the move.

 

It was here and worked fine until I tried to change it. Now I can't upload a new one at all.

 

With the server change, your avatar limits have been reset to -1 x -1

An admin needs to change the forum settings.
