Title under avatar???

How do I change the title over my Avatar? I used to change it all the time but now I don't see where to do it.

That option has been discontinued. But you can have it customized for $25.00 now.

There is no title under your avatar. there is one above your avatar however and can be found in user cp and click edit profile.
