Subject: Ad Posted to Craig's List Personals: This Ad Was Posted to Craig's List Personals:

To the Guy Who Tried to Mug Me in Downtown Savannah night before last. Date: 05-27-09, 1:43 A M EST.

I was the guy wearing the black Burberry jacket that you demanded that I hand over, shortly after you pulled the knife on my girlfriend, threatening our lives and me.

You also asked for my girlfriend's purse and earrings.

I can only hope that you somehow come across this rather important message.

First, I'd like to apologize for your embarrassment when I drew my pistol after you took my Jacket. The evening was not that cold, and I was wearing the jacket for a reason.

My girlfriend had just bought me that Kimber Model 1911 .45 A CP pistol for my birthday, and we had picked up a shoulder holster for it that very evening.

Obviously you agree that it is a very Intimidating weapon when pointed at your head wasn't it?

I know it probably wasn't fun walking back to wherever you'd come from bare footed since I made you leave your shoes, cell phone, and wallet with me. [That prevented you from calling or running to your buddies to come help mug us again].

After I called your mother, or "Momma" as you had her listed in your cell, I explained the entire episode of what you'd done. Then I Went and filled up my gas tank as well as four other people's in the gas station on your credit card.. The guy with the big motor home took 150 gallons and was extremely grateful!

I gave your shoes to a homeless guy outside Vinnie Van Go Go's, along with all the cash in your wallet. [That made his day!]

I then threw your wallet into the big pink "pimp mobile" that was parked at the curb .... after I broke the windshield and side window and keyed the entire driver's side of the car.

Later, I called a bunch of phone sex numbers from your cell phone.
Ma Bell just now shut down the line, although I only used the phone for a little over a day now, so what's going on with that?

Earlier, I managed to get in two threatening phone calls to the DA's office and one to the FBI, while mentioning President Obama as my possible target. The FBI guy seemed really intense and we had a nice long chat (I guess while he traced your number etc.).

In a way, perhaps I should apologize for not killing you .... but I feel this type of retribution is a far more appropriate punishment for your threatened crime. I wish you well as you try to sort through some of these rather immediate pressing issues, and can only hope that you have the opportunity to reflect upon, and perhaps reconsider the career path you've chosen to pursue in life.

Remember, next time you might not be so lucky.

Have a good day!

Thoughtfully yours,
Alex

P..S. Remember this motto.
. An armed society makes for a more civil society!

If it was me and my wife and we got a knife pulled on us and felt I had time to get it out I can pretty much guarante I would have shot him and never thought twice about it.

Not trying to sound like a hard *** that's just the way it is. You don't threaten the life of a persons family.

see.. that's what I'm sayin. I do carry a gun most times and boy I tell you what, someone wants pull a knife and there's gunna be a gunfight right then. I know for a fact that I can draw from concealed and deliver 2 shots to center mass in less than 1.5 seconds and it doesn't take anything more than threatening anyone while my family is around for me to take it to the level of someone going home in a box. Call it anger management problems or whatever, I get plumb nasty tempered about crap like that. I only wish I was calm and patient enough to pull some **** like that dude did. The few times I've had to present my weapon my adversary decided to defecate in their britches and drop the tire iron (or other weapon). Must suck to have a .45 screwed onto your nose.

Note: If someone pulls a knife on you you must accept that you will be cut in the ensuing battle. Once you're accepting of that you will become a much more effective warrior and you will be able to perform with calm and deliberation. Getting stabbed sucks, I know, but getting even is worth it.

I don't know exactly how fast I can draw and get a shot off but the whole clip would be in him before I took the chance of him getting any closer

haha that's awesome. I agree one day when I have a family I will not hesitate 1 sec. if someone threatens them to pull a gun and use it.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernhard_Goetz
(Summary: Dude(Bernhard Goetz a.k.a. the Subway Vigilante) riding a subway in NY, 4 guys armed with a screwdriver try to mug him(of like 5 bucks), he pulled out a piece and put a cap in each 1 of their asses, got off the train like nothing happened, a few days later turned himself in, wounded all 4, 1 of which became paralized. Huge controversy, hes a hero, hes a murderer, hes a racist, he represents justice, hes a big fat poopy head, he looks good in designer jeans, etc...)

^that guy stirred up some **** in new york in the 80's and i think he only got an illegal weapons possesion after crippling 1 of the muggers. If the weapon had been registered he probably would of walked
I dont know why i brought it up, this thread just made make think of it

Justifiable Homicide, If I feel threatened for myself I will try not to kill you. If I feel threatened for anyone in my family I will not hesitate to try and kill you, dead, and I will not feel remorse. I may not be able to kill you, but I would not think twice about protecting my loved ones. But I also try very hard to avoid these scenarios, ie, Stay on my side of town, Don't stop at the Kangaroo store after sundown, And I always present myself with a certain ambience, Kinda like, Don't even think about it,

If you plan to carry, GET TRAINED (I can recommend a place)

seriously... I've had a lot of training and I train a lot to keep the rhythm. At least a few days a week doing draw drills and dry practice. You don't stay this spicy unless you practice and if you're not that good the only other thing you have going for you is the knowledge of how far you're willing to take the matter.

I've not been in the mafia. I was a kid in the 80's. **** happens and I ran with a bit of a rough crowd... well that and I have a way of sniffing out the most possible trouble to be in.

EDIT: What the **** is a kangaroo store?
