Ya the mustang sixers suck as far as they come out of the package. 190 hp or whatever it is..
Even these little 06+ eclipse 6cyls pump out enough power to contend with a GT from the factory.. and the 350z's about the same..
I hated my car for a while, and just said screw it and started doing stuff.. IMO its turned out to be a very nice car, and its got some ***** to it now..

yeah factory it sucks, but its a great platform to mod on. Its simple and cheap. I cant wait till next tax returns ...... 4.2 Forged here I come. I already have the block for $50 from someone local XD Cant beat that. All I have to do is prep it, put the parts in, and swap.

It's cool modding the sixes and everything if thats your thing. I personally don't like the sound of them, but more power to anyone who does. Either way, it takes money to add power, whether it be a V6, V8, V10, or whatever.

why not spray your way into 300rwhp for alot less? Spray, some cam, some forged internals?
why not drop in a 2v or 4v?
why not save up for a car with 300rwhp stock?

Most horsepower per dollar, the m112 total will prolly run like 2-3 grand.
SSM's 4.3 Long Rod Stroker Kit, a custom cam - about 2 grand and NA sits at about 225 RWHP. - HOWEVER - the advantage of spending this money for merely 35ish horsepower is the internals you gain through this which allows for better future plans.
Dump a 2 valve into it? Wtf? Why replace one shitty motor with yet another shitty motor? These motors are severely underpowered compared to the camarao, firebird, and other v8 motors. hell even the cobra plops on a blower..
Nitrous is the way I like to go, but its got alot of people scared. And yea, it can and will blow your **** up sometimes..
In the end dude, do what you want to do, and have fun. You don't get paid to do this ****, its just for your enjoyment. If it were actually a bad idea, we'd tell you.
