Getting tired of your Mustang...
...it has to happen eventually right?
I had my v6 for 2 years and then I sold.
I've had my GT for 1.5 and am trying to sell it to buy a 99/01 Cobra.
When does this end?
(you can tell im sort of bored right now)

Right now, I am completely tired of my car. I don't even want to deal with it. I want the bakes on and I want to drive it.
But that aside, I got tired of my v6 mustang. I wanted the power and sound of a GT and I felt like I had taken the v6 as far as I wanted to go with it. I don't feel as limited with the GT, and have taken it farther in one year than I did with the v6 in three years.
Edit: I feel this needs a FML on it, because thats how I feel. I don't know if these rear cobra brakes are going to end up on the car or not yet.

i have been bored with my stang for at least for teh last 6 months to a year.i put the new shocks and struts on thinking that it would change my mind but it didnt. after riding in my friends 350z and my other friends audi tt...my car just felt slow and not nimble.
but im honestly ready to try something else...something like a honda bike or something.. i really wish i could afford a terminator but i cant. but then again, i may regret selling the mustang and have sellers remorse. i dont know what the hell to do with the stang.

Nope not tired of my mustang, or my v6. I'll push it as far as I can, either the motor, or my wallet. So far the motor gave out first.
Time for round #2.
You go to cali you see them all..
GTs with Kenne Belles or Hellion Turbos
Cobras Z06 Corvettes hopped up Audis 350z's (which btw, suck, buddies 06 eclipse kept up with one and his clutch was going out, sad..) Evos running on cams/water meth ect.. Camaros that make the ground shake..Chargers.. Lamborginis Ford GTs and ect..
But varely rarely, do you see a v6 mustang that'll put down big power and good times, even if it is missing two cylinders.

i actually think that the new edge has very nice lines..by far my favorite of any mustang. im just getting tire of having a car that is on such an old platform...i mean 79-04 chassis barely changed.

I don't know how you could ever get tired of a Mustang.. I can understand being tired of the Mustang that you have, but I think I'll always have one. Whether or not you stay with the same one forever, that's another story.

Go drive a beat up 1984 honda civic for 6 months straight and then tell me you are sick of your mustang.
Sorry, lol, i have no sympathy.
This thread is about as worthless to me as somebody saying "Ya know what? i think im tired of ******* Natalie Portman"

It's a matter of balance. Driving a mustang everyday makes you not like it, like a woman (no offense) but be around them ALL day and you get bored, which in turn makes the grass look EVEN better on the other side. From personal experience I'd never sell a stang once I got it. I still have my Termi, but I switch between it and the 08 and the '65 and I never get bored. You need more than just one vehicle to keep from getting bored. I have a bike and three mustangs and love them all just as much as I did before I ever bought any of them. Yes insurance is hefty, but it's better than getting shafted selling and rebuying cars over and over again. I will never sell any of the stangs until they've rusted away to hell.

I'm kinda with Jack on this one. I keep thinking I'm ready to just sell it and go back to something simple that I don't spend money on and get 30 mpg...but I still can't make myself do it because I know I'll get bored without it. Or maybe it's because since it passed 100k I know I won't get **** for it lol
