Everyone keeps talking about how cool he is in person, but i have a hard time believing a person as "cool" as he apparently is would strive so hard to be nothing more than a loudmouth racist sexist jackass when he is online.

He knew the routine, he knew this was his last chance, and he did a pretty good job of showing me that he in no way took it seriously, and i have no desire to read through another 100 of his jackass **** talking comments before i ban him again, I dont want to get 2-3 PM's a day asking me to tell him to settle down. So why not just cut to the chase.

Yes, this is the internet, yes, there is not reason to take this stuff personally, but as long as im a moderator on here i do plan to keep little ****-ant trolls who intentionally go out of thier way to disrespect this place and its members. Don't have a Mustang, but one of the main reasons I am getting rid of my current car is boredom. I've had it for a little over three years now, and I'm looking to make a change. It's funny though.. I distinctly remember saying that I would never sell it, and that I would drive it until it died

I'm never gunna sell my v6, even though it's slow as **** lol. It's my first car and my first mustang, it will be in my garage forever. I will of course be looking for a cobra or mach to satisfy my need for power after I get out of college and settle in a steady job. Hope to keep the v6 as my dd and the 4v for my weekend fun. I have way too much money into this car to ever sell get what it's personally worth to me.

You guys know him in person, you have a different perspective on his actions than any of us do. To everyone else on this forum and I'm sure any other forum he's a part of he seems like a 12 year old **** stain and NO ONE likes him being here (except for the people who "know" him outside of the forum.)

I don't understand, if he is such a great guy outside of the forum, why does he have to act like a total douche when he starts typing? Does his brain only use grown-up words when he speaks and not when he types?

Evan, you obviously didn't bother to read Pure's or White04GT's opinions on it. Lest I recall, they don't know him in person. And of course we're going to rally against the decision because he is our friend and he deserves better than to be judged. Yes, he brings it upon himself, but is it his fault that you guys can't seem to take a harmless joke?

He is not a total douche. That is just his sense of humor. He says the same type of things in real life, but it is just easier to distinguish between his humor and his seriousness in reality. This is only an internet forum. It should not be serious all the time.

While I understand where Chris is coming from and I can't deny that he made a good argument, the ban was uncalled for. It was so stupid that I actually scrolled through the page several times to see what Stephen said that I may have missed. I still am not completely sure what triggered the ban.

I am going to take a stand and say that I don't agree with what happened to my friend. Whether you or anyone else doesn't want him here does not matter to me. If he had done something ban worthy, I'd agree with Chris as well, and I'd be saddened and disappointed by Stephen's actions at the same time.

I would still think this ban was stupid if it happened to ANYONE on this forum, friend or not.

 

I've read every post in this thread.. Don't assume that I'm jumping to conclusions. None of the posts above said that they "like Stephen" they said they didn't understand the banning.

What you don't understand is this.. Stephen has been temp banned, twice now? Or is this the third time? I'm pretty sure this is number 3. There is NO other reason except the fact that you guys know him outside of the forum that he hasn't been perma-banned. Any other person that behaves like him gets perma-banned without the opportunity to sit through a temp ban, let alone 3.

You can blame it on his "sense of humor" all you want, but the fact of the matter is that it obviously does not work on the forum and he needs to learn to be a grown up every once in a while, nearly every post that he makes is useless garbage and it gets old. IF he were to, I don't know... Contribute something to the forum besides the rancid stench of **** stain there would be no argument from me at all on this topic.

 

Fact is there are many people I don't like personally, but I don't ban them for stupid things they say or their sense of humor. Its the internet and everyone is different. And in real life he is still a dumb *** trust me lol. It's just not a reason to ban anyone, he did not attack him its just him ******* around with with him.

I just am not a fan of the recent wave of wanting to ban everyone for lame reasons. I would rather have a diverse board with many different members. Not everyone is the same and we all have different sense of humor etc..

 

Evan I like stephen...but thats not so much the point. This is the only forum that people get banned for anything less than spamming and threats and stuff. I mean what is a place where if you don't like someone you just ban them off. People not liking people and interweb fighting is the way of most forums. You know you can ignore his posts but the reason for the ban being a e-***** comment idk about that.
