Default back problems??

Sometimes my back gives me problems. Not serious stuff, just annoying pains after standing at work all day. I got this chair pad about 3 years ago and only use it occasionally. I worked a 12 hr shift today and my lower back was slap give out. I used this for about 30 minutes and, man, what a relief. This thing is actually nice to have around even if you don't need it everyday. Not trying to plug this actual product, ( there are plenty more and different pads like this). Just wondering does anyone else have something similar?.

My back feels great now.. And I'm gonna use this more often. It really does work out the kinks..

Yep, back pain is pretty normal, just a bi-product of being 6' 4" and 225. My fiance' got me a 45 minute deep tissue massage for my birthday, so hopefully that will help get the kinks out.. Never had a "real" massage before, so I'm really looking forward to it.

I'm getting ready to start a bit of a workout routine and try to drop a few lbs.. I'd like to get to about 200 and start building some extra mass, but for now I'm hoping to just get to about 210.

All of my joints tend to act up pretty bad in the winter though, cold weather just drives me nuts, can't wait for summer.

Nah should prolly look at it. Back problems are pretty common in my trade..pulling large wire ect..

But I've been going to a chiropractor since I was 16 due to screwing my back up pretty bad in HS wrestling..

My back hurts almost all the time, probably from bad posture of sitting in uncomfortable stiff chairs all day in class, siting at a desk when I get home. Backpack. It's not a real bad pain, just there and dull. Durring tests my back will and shoulders will hurt tremendously from stress, more than you'd think possible from just sitting in a chair. I have been sitting here for the past eight hours writing a cellular biology lab report over four experiements, so yeah, my back hurts a little right now too. I can feel the screws that hold the chair to the stand in my checks I've been sitting here so long.

I've always had back problems...growing up I had minor scoliosis, and then I'm sure being 6'5'' at 250 isn't helping any..

My Dad has major back problem. He used to build and test Bradley fighting vehicles. He was driving or sitting in one and the hatch springs or something broke. The hatch, which is around 350lbs or more I think, slammed right onto his head. If he hadn't had his helmet on it would have killed him for sure. It knocked him unconsious onto the floor of the tank. After medical tests were run they found that he had a ruptured blood vessel in his brain, and he lost a 1/4 of and inch in height. Now he has a bench job building the tank commander sights.

Be prepared on that deep tissue massage bro. If it's done by a licensed massage therapist, you will feel like your being crippled at first but you should leave with most of the kinks worked out. It may take a couple of sessions, but they can really make you feel better after the initial pain.. LOL.
