Not to be a Debbie-Downer here, but $400 for a D60 seems almost TOO good to be true. And more often than not, when it seems too good to be true it probably is.

 

Lol... 400 is pretty low, hope it isnt an asian camera.

Good luck on the sale though! Who did you get it from?

about the lowest i see it is 460 or so.

all i can find for $400 is just Body only, no lens.



i know the feeling of excitement though! I ordered a 55-200mm AF-S VR lens yesterday. I already have the Non-VR version and im just gonna sell it. Vibration Reduction FTW!

 

its the D60 Kit from Cameta Camera on Amazon.com. It is a refurb, but i'm ok with that. i did verify that it's not the dreaded "Gray market" version and that its a US camera in a retail box with warranty from the manufacturer. just got shipped this afternoon!

From the research i've done, Cameta Camera has received great reviews on Amazon as a seller as well on the internet from other retailer reviews.

 

Cameta is cool. Ive ordered from them before. In fact, the 55-200mm VR lens i just ordered is from Cameta as well.

 

yeah im excited, D60 is scheduled to be here tomorrow. woot!
