I heard on the radio the other day that Brad Pitt has requested a role as a gay guy to ride the success of Brokeback Mt. He wants the role to "push the envelope"

I don't have a prob with gay people but damn. I don't wanna see hollywood do 10 movies that ride the gay wave like they have the superhero wave. Hopefully, Pitt will play a gay superhero and then they can move on to making new, original, movies instead of the remake crap thats out.

 

Ok as much as I am gonna get bashed for this, I went to see Broke Back Mountain this past Saturday. I was with a girl and her mom so I felt safe from gay assumptions. I can see why it won so many Oscars and why it has so many nominations for the Emmy's. It was actually a really good film. I got squirmy during the love making scenes, but you gotta be mature about it...you had to make it though that in order to understand the movie. No I am not gay, No I have never thought about it, Yes it was a good movie. If you are mature enough to see it, I recommend it...but don't go with all guys lol.

 

gaydar is going off......just playin, i dontthink i could bring myself to go see a move that supports that kind of stuff, i was raised properly and that kinda hericy isnt my thing to even support. be gay and all but keep it to urself.

I agree 100%. I was raised the same way, say waht you want but i believe that it is wrong and i do not support it!

and MahnotinkneeGT what do you mean mature? Being mature is standing up for something you beleieve, why is being mature going to a gay movie and being ok with it? So i guess me not supporting the movie makes me immature. Since you have no problem with gays then is this something that you would let your kids go see if you had any?

Mature enough to understand the movie. Yes if I had kids they could go see it. The whole movie is not about being gay and that is what people don't get. Anyway this post is not about that, it is about the funny Back to the Future thing. If you want to run smack on me for seeing a movie then take it to the brawl room.
