Watch out though man, you have to replace the rotors like every 40 thousand miles or so on an Rx-7...costs about a grand to do, thats a VERY nice rx-7, looks to good to be true, watch out for scams, dont send any money over money gram or western union, I thought i had a roush for a great deal , but it was a scam, be VERY careful

rx7 is a great sports car but Ive heard too many stories about rebuilding the motor more than piston type engines. There is a site dedecated to RX7 oweners who put 5.0 motors in them. I would get a Supra T.

If you buy that car, save the money you have for repairs to it. Repairs are costly and frequent.

yep like i said every 40 k miles on an rx7 you have to replace the rotors (the engine rotors, not the brakes) and that costs about a grand, not including installation

Ah quit complaining about you having to post yet ANOTHER post...lol. Postwhore much? No in all serious, hes absolutely correct about the rx7's. The slightest bit of detonation will end an engine quickly. Research the rotary engine on www.howstuffworks.com and it will show you what we mean. No pistons, no rods, nothing...just these cool things called rotors and apex seals. When you get detonation, there is nowhere for the pressure to go, so it just blows the rotor backward somewhat, likely cracking the apex seals. Im pretty sure thats how it all works, good luck with the car man. They are fun, fast, and turn on a dime. But they sure do love to drink lots of oil.
