Default Anyone Have Vista Ultimate By Any Chance?

It came with my Dell XPS system, and last night I was going thru and uninstalling\MSCONFIGing the usual crap that they put on their systems, and I inadvertently either uninstalled or denied Startup in MSCONFIG the Toolbar that is up top of the screen on the Desktop. It is normally where the red outline is on the screenshot, and had links to Internet Explorer, My Documents, My Music, My Pics, My Videos, The Recycle Bin, etc. I was wondering if anyone knew what it was called and\or how to reinstall it.

No, def not reformat. "Reinstall" probably isn't the best term for me to have used. Basically, I'm just trying to get that "Tool Bar" back, but I've just recently started to work with Vista, so I'm not to familiar with what they have named\called various aspects, so I don't know where to even kind of start looking in order to get it back.

your probably gonna have to load the vista disk and do a repair... on XP you would go into the reformatting options by booting through the disk and instead of reformatting you would hit repair windows. thats what you are going to need, im pretty sure u wont be able to grab certain files. you will have to run repair so windows will know what it needs to replace.
