That's crazy! He lost a grown f'n man by driving around the block. BRP is kinda a douche for that, IMO fish.
(I registered as King, btw...I'll have to stick around to see if they found him)

 

I don't think BRP could legally get in any sort of legal trouble for that. I mean, what would the charge be? Negligence toward another competent adult? He wasn't baby sitting denver, he was there under his own will.

 

Yeah, but still. I don't think he'll get charged, but if his body turns up anywhere I wouldn't be surprised. The story seems legit. If this is in fact BS, I'll be both relieved and PO'd. Relieved that they found him, and PO'd that I fell for it. But like I said it appears to be legit. No sure fire way to tell unless I got ahold of Denver's cell. He might pickup a random number, right?

 

can anyone tell the story here, for those that do not want to register?

 

Okay so this guy BRP takes his buddy and fellow board member Denver (board names, duh), and decide to take a roadtrip to a performance shop for whatever. Denver got pissed or was joking or something and tossed a soda on BRP during the road trip, and BRP promises to get him back. They pull up at a gas station, Denver goes in to use the bathroom, and BRP thinks it will be funny to drive around the block and let Denver freak out thinking BRP left him at the gas station. He (BRP) does the full circle and ends up back at the gas station to find out that his buddy, Denver is not there.

Long story (and a ton of replies) short,
this BRP guy is freaked out that his buddy Denver is lost out in the middle of nowhere, and they haven't found him. It's been a few days, the cops are looking for him and all of that fun stuff.

They admit to this whole story being a fake...people get pissed...the end.

I don't think it's a fail...it was a pretty good prank and actually got a bunch of people worried. It was a good prank, I think.
