I think they are low for the right reasons right now. Recession leads to layoffs, layoffs lead to less energy needed, less energy needed means surplus, surplus leads to lower equilibrium prices. But I know what you mean, before they were stupid high, and not because our economy was booming >=O
But I just saw it in RI and MA for 1.649, which I am pretty sure is the national average, and the lowest I have paid, ever.
