yeah but that's only because our market is bringing the rest of the world down with us. The dollar still sucks. Just look back when the last time oil was at 85. Wasn't at 3.00+ a gallon

true

but part of that could be because the price at the pump has not caught up (or down) with the price per barrel I read somthing today that said it would reach 2.50 in the next month i'll try and find it again

Oil is down to $84.69 as of right now. Gas should be getting under 3 bucks in most places. Here, Lubbock Texas, I'm seeing $3.14 from Shell, so wal-mart could be down to $3.05.

I've been seeing ~$3.15 but I haven't paid much attention to gas prices lately because I havent bought gas in about a month now. Bicycle FTW. And Dave brought up a good point, we should just continue to bring the rest of the worlds economy into the crapper so the USD won't look so bad Lol.

Dont get to comfortable with these low oil prices as the bastards from OPEC might lower production to increase prices. They do after all have to build another worlds tallest building.

I read about them trying to lower the number of barrels per day too but the article that I read said that it has happened before and they did the same thing and it worked for a week or to but then the price kept going down again

Yeah here in SC its between 2.97-3.56 depending on which town your in, but there are still lots of places that do not have gas at all, and its random times when you do see them with gas.

The gas is going down and making it more feasible to afford, but people are losing there jobs to the wonderful economy as I did just on Tuesday #$@!%^&!

I posted in July, that I think gas prices wont keep going up. Hope I'm right, But the opec terrorists have threatened to lower production again, to help bring the price for barrel back up. They suck. I can live with 3.18 for a gallon of gas, geez, last 2 months we were flirting with 5 bucks a gallon.. Eventually I think, we will all be in the Mad Max syndrom.

Stealing and killing for those few precious drops of petrol.. Hope it aint real soon though..
