Stang is almost all fixed up!
Damn.
Got a new front bumper, new cowl, new window sills, and now im having the damage to the rear fixed.
I will have spend about 800 bucks just getting the car ready to sell.
I have one guy who is hopin to buy her, but honestly, it wouldnt break my heart if i cant sell her, she will be pretty much cosmetically perfect with exception of a scratch on the drivers side scoop.
car has been at the shop for several days now, it is gonna run me about 450 to fix the rear. it is kind of strange not seeing her in the garage right now.
im gonna miss this car, but im not gonna miss the payments one bit.
This is the damage. lol. a nice good pic of it. It is actually pretty easy to miss in person, my wife diddnt even know about this gouge untill a couple months ago.

Hey, ill be shipping those lights out on thursday when my evil bitch of a mother in law comes to watch the kids untill my wife gets home.
I really have to leave almost as soon as she shows up lest i strangle the old bag.

Close.
I put it up for 18. i got a offer for 15.6 (300 below kbb and 1,300 below nada bluebook).
I told him since i put over 5,000 into it the asking price was fair, but i would be willing to drop it to 17.5, and he seems pretty interested, he is gonna come up this weekend and check it out.
he can probably talk me down to 17,000. but i dont think ill take anything less than 17.
have not had any other offers so far.

Dude don't take just $17k...if you gotta get rid of it real quick do what you gotta do, but try to hold out for a better deal. Tell him its a firm $17.5k, take it or leave it. If he passes, put it back up at $18k.

I would still probably take 17 though. i could recoop the loss within 3 months, and by this time next year the only debt i will have would be my house.

Yeah i hear ya. I can't imagine whats going through your head man. The thought of selling my stang sucks, and its only a sixer. Yours with all the work you put in it has to be a killer. But bright side is you'll have one bad *** Fox in a couple years and at a fraction of the cost. Your really making me think about going that route too, esp with those performance kits they have available. I just wouldn't know what to look for when buying an old fox.
