yeah i see that becoming a bigger problem though. There are going to be sooo many people rebelling it, and then "cruel" punishment will come in soon. But i think its a good idea.

Personally, I don't really care about it. I figure, if people want to look rediculous, that's on them.

It seems the problem is, Can I do the job I was hired for while pulling up my pants every few seconds. Nope, is the answer. They get fired for poor job performance everyday where I work. You can't be an assembly line worker (Which, by the way are the only job they are qualified for). And keep up with everyone else, when your gadam pants are hanging to your knees. But then again most of them think they are gonna have it easy until they realize production is money. And the boss says you gotta go. LOL.. Guess it's time for them to try being a professional thug or gang banger, or maybe the all important Drug dealer...

I think its funny as hell. But there is one part I dont understand though..... This style is associated with gang bangers and drug dealers yes.... but how damn smart is it to be involved in illegal activities and then when they get cought they TRY to run. If I am up to no good, I am gonna have on some fit jogging pants and running shoes. I was watching COPS once and these guys got pulled over for driving a stolen car...... they get out and run and while they are exiting the cameras view they had to pull their pants up cuz they was falling off LOL.

I guess it just goes to show how stupid some people are!

the style came from jail where the guys arent allowed to have belts cause belts are weapons...thinkin about the fact that you cant run with pants down kinda makes me regret the law now...cause now that you mention it it is sorta like every wanna be bad guy out there has his shoe laces tied together...that isnt such a bad thing when you think about it

I think it is pretty retarded. Companys can enforce dress codes, so can schools, and any prrivatly owned establishment.
however, if yer not at school, work, or what not, you should be able to dress however the hell you want. sure i thiink it is dumb having yer pants handing down below yer ***, but it aint my role or anybody elses to tell people what they should wear on thier own time.

******* rediculous. i hope it does not pass, too many personal libertys have already been stolen.

hell, if they can actually SEE the guys ***, doesent that fall under the public decency laws? the same ones that say you cant run around nekked? we already have rules on this.

its lame. what a waste of taxpayer money

I think there is a certain point as to how far your pants can sag. Loose pants aren't the problem. I've seen young dudes with their pants waist band almost to their knees, and the pockets well below the knees. Dudes look like they are crippled when the walk. If you show more than half your undies then you are offending people in public. If your pulling your pants up at work then get a belt or a rope and tie em up. And I didn't mean to go after any one race. I've seen white boys doing the same thing. And they don't get any special treatment where I work. You need to have both hands on the job and not pulling your britches up. same goes for cell phones too. Hang up and get back to work. LOL,,

Stupid fad and an even more stupid law proposal.

Since when is it against the law to show underwear? If that is the case, then all bathing suits should be banned in public.

As long as no crack is showing, where's the crime?

I am 100% with Jack on this one.

Sure, these guys look like ***-clowns. But they have a right to look like an ***-clown. The retards that are making these laws actually think it is going to change their behavior....now way. They will just find another thing.

The focus should be on public decency. If bare-*** is showing, then that is a problem. Boxers.....again, they look like retards, but let the business establishments and schools manage that....not laws.

I got to be honest, let's consider another trend. Not a day goes by where I don't see some 20 year girl's thong sticking up or even a few ***-cracks too. These laws should go both ways....is that what you want?

Grils Jeans are getting lower too. Even my shapely wife who is 36 wears these things. Every time she bends over in the kicthen.......thong city! If the kids aren't looking looking, I give her rump a little light tap as if to say "hey, I saw that".

Most of the time I don't think the girls even realize it as impossible as it would seem. All in all, your crack should be covered in public.
