to get out of jury duty... anyone got any good ones

 

A doctors note is about the only way, or tell them you are racist. That will do it!!

 

Personally I always wanted to be on a jury. I was actually seated on a jury but was kicked off by both sides because it was a medical malpractice case and I have a medical background and I knew one of their expert witnesses. I thought being sequestered would be great...sort of like a free vacation with constant room service. However if that's not for u then....I was told to make this state (bear in mind this is not a reflection of my feelings) "If u aint white u aint right" Guaranteed to deter u from being placed on jury duty.

 

I've never been in on a jury but my Mom works at a prison and NEVER gets choosen to "Stay/Sever" on a jury becuase of that. If you make a statement like "Well, if he's in court defending himself he must have done something to deserve jail time." or something like that.
