Default ? about Bullet Mustang

Ok at my work today I see this guy in a Green Bullet. My question is I think its a fake. But I cant tell and I dont know about them that much b/c i rarely see them.

I can tell you this one does not have the Bullet brakes. thats what made me think is there any other ways to tell if its a fake??

umm, side scoops, wingless, should say bullitt, could only be black, dark green, or this blue color. I think they came with the bullitt fuel door, interior should have mach 1 looking seats and have all the shiny bullitt accessories, if he pops the hood, it will have a different upper intake compared to the GT's. yeah that is all i know. oh and the bullitt side skirts(the mud flap lookin things).

also, should sit slightly lower(has ford c-springs) and it should have mach 1 style quarter windows.

Often overlooked difference is the C-pillar panel above the glass... it angles back a much more aggressive angle. Rolled exhaust tips, and no fogs!
Dark Highland Green
Black
True Blue (like me!)

Where did you see this at?

I saw a fake down here in Imperial Beach this afternoon. It was a Dark Green GT, just a little lighter than the DHG, that he had put the BULLITT letters on the deck lid.

When I pulled up beside him he made a quick right turn at the next street.

It is so dark that it almost looks black, especially at night.

That is definitely a sick ride, I really want to repaint my GT DHG. I think its one of the best colors on a mustang.

The C Pillar actually sweeps forward

There is also ONE Bullitt with the GT C Pillar on one side and the Bullitt C pillar on the other.

It was a mistake at the factory. It will take me a couple of days to dig up which one it was.

Haven't seen that one yet, I work at SPAWAR, Topside, in Point Loma. I am sure I will see it sooner or later.

Have you seen the red "sixer" that has been "Badged" as a GT up there? Dude did a real shitty job of it. Only put the GT on the front fenders, nothing on the deck lid, stock single pipe on the passenger side.

No offense meant to the sixer crowd, we own one also!!

I'm actually suprised this doesn't happen more. I heard of several mach's coming from the factory with no stripes ect...
